Team Registration
Standard Team
$2,000 + HST ($2,260 Total) per team (only one payment per team)
Each team manages its own roster, team name, and logo. However, every player is still required to complete the individual registration form and to agree to the rules, and the waiver form.
**Team rate includes up to 15 players, additional players above 15 are $40 each to cover t-shirt and insurance costs.
Corporate Team
If your team name represents or advertises a company, we encourage you to register as a Corporate Team.
Corporate Team Fee: $2,250 + HST ($2,542.50 total)

• Includes everything in the Standard Team package • PLUS a prominent link to your company’s website on the BMSPL homepage • Reflects the added value of corporate naming rights and league visibility. Every player is still required to complete the individual registration form and to agree to the rules, and the waiver form.
Fall ball

- Accepting teams on a first come/first serve basis – Limited to the first 16 Teams
- Team Registration: $700 + HST ($791.00) per team. Payment must be received BEFORE Aug 21, 2026
- 1 payment per team and must by email money transfer
- Send email transfer to bmspl@bmspl.com No need for a PW as we are now setup with Auto Deposit
About Fall Ball
- Fall Season will last 6 weeks (6 games) plus a mini-tournament (2 games) – 8 games total
- Season will start on Friday, August 21st – Tournament will be on Saturday September 26th
- Fall Ball will be the same format and rules as BMSPL summer season
- ANY players eligible including existing and new BMSPLers
- Team Captains will receive instructions for adding new players

Individual Registration
Choose this option if you are not part of an existing team.
You may be an individual, couple or small group. We do our best to place all players—early registration increases your chances.
$170 + HST (192.10) per player
Includes team shirt and insurance.
Teams will be created & assigned in April
