Team Registration
Standard Team
$2,000 + HST ($2,260 Total) per team (only one payment per team)
Each team manages its own roster, team name, and logo. However, every player is still required to complete the individual registration form.
**Team rate includes up to 15 players, but additional players above 15 are $40 each to cover t-shirt and insurance costs.

Corporate Team
If your team name represents or advertises a company, we encourage you to register as a Corporate Team.
Corporate Team Fee: $2,250 + HST ($2,542.50 total)
** Corporate Team rate includes up to 15 players, but additional players above 15 are $40 each to cover t-shirt and insurance costs
• Includes everything in the Standard Team package • PLUS a prominent link to your company’s website on the BMSPL homepage • Reflects the added value of corporate naming rights and league visibility. Every player is still required to complete the individual registration form.

Individual Registration
Choose this option if you are not part of a full team.
You may be an individual, couple or small group. We will do our best to assign you to an exiting team, or create a new team with other players. ** Due to the fact that more males than females usually sign up, registering will not always guarantee you’ll be placed on a team.
$170 + HST (192.10) per player
Includes team shirt and insurance.
Teams will be created & assigned in April
