Team Registration
Standard Team
$2,000 + HST ($2,260 Total) per team (only one payment per team)
Team controls their own roster, team name and logo. Every player must fill out and complete the registration process.
**Team rate includes up to 15 players, but additional players above 15 are $40 each to cover t-shirt and insurance costs.

Corporate Team
If your team name represents or advertises a company, we encourage you to register as a Corporate Team.
Corporate Team Fee: $2,250 + HST ($2,542.50 total)
** Corporate Team rate includes up to 15 players, but additional players above 15 are $40 each to cover t-shirt and insurance costs
• Includes everything in the Standard Team package • PLUS a prominent link to your company’s website on the BMSPL homepage • Reflects the added value of corporate naming rights and league visibility.

Individual Registration
Choose this option if you are not part of a full team.
You may be an individual, couple or small group. We will do our best to assign you to an exiting team, or create a new team with other players. ** Due to the fact that more males than females usually sign up, registering will not always guarantee you’ll be placed on a team.
$170 + HST (192.10) per player
Includes team shirt and insurance.
Teams will be created & assigned in April
